Have an apple a day, but don't keep the doctor away. Regular check-ups with your physician will help you maintain good long-term health. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services states that most major US health authorities recommend the following medical check-ups for men aged 18-39.

Tests:
Blood pressure (every 2 years)
Cholesterol (every 5 years)
Height and weight (periodically)

Exams:
Standard cancer: thyroid, mouth, skin, testicles, lymph nodes (every 3 years)
Dental (every year)

Immunizations:
